Hook Ewe ships WORLDWIDE.

All items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days by Royal Mail First Class. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times, it will typically take 3-5 business days in the UK to deliver once shipped, 7-14 everywhere else however please allow up to 4 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. Hook Ewe is not responsible for any delay due to customs.

Hook Ewe is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once it is marked “delivered”.

RETURNS

Hook Ewe does not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations however please do contact me if you have any problems with you order.

Crochet hooks are not refundable.

However if there is an issue with your order, please send me a message and I will do my best to resolve it.
